Nelson Global Products, Inc. Announces Acquisition of GT Exhaust, Inc. and Silex Innovations, Inc.

Stoughton, WI —
Nelson Global Products Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of tubular and exhaust products for commercial vehicle markets, has acquired the assets of GT Exhaust, Inc. and Silex Innovations, Inc. as of December 18, 2015. GT Exhaust and Silex Innovations were owned by parent company IAC. The acquisition of the assets is effective immediately and the transition is expected to be complete by January 1, 2016.

The GT Exhaust and Silex products and brands will now be part of Nelson Global Products product family and will be manufactured in our facility in Arcadia, Wisconsin.

Nelson Global Products is a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
