Nelson Global Products Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

Nelson Global Products Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of tubular and exhaust products, announce Steve Scgalski as the Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Scgalski who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and President of Nelson's On & Off Highway business will succeed Sergio Carvalho who resigned earlier in November due to personal reasons.

"Steve has been a valuable contributor to Nelson Global Products and has been instrumental in creating our long term strategy. We are confident that under Steve's leadership Nelson will be well positioned to continue building on the company's strengths, expanding on our global footprint and driving long-term growth," stated David Stott, board member and principal with Wind Point Partners, Nelson's majority shareholder.

Steve brings to Nelson deep industry knowledge, strong operational skills, and proven leadership experience along with global business perspective and expertise. "I am both proud and excited to lead the Nelson Global Products team in providing our customers with global product and manufacturing solutions with exceptional performance," said Steve Scgalski.

Steve's experience includes over 30 years in industrial manufacturing and emissions technology with global leadership positions at EMCON Technologies, ArvinMeritor, and Arvin Industries. Steve joined Arvin Industries in 1989 and held positions of increasing responsibility that include Quality Manager, Director of Operations, VP & General Manager of ArvinMeritor, President of Meritor Suspension Systems Company and Chief Operating Officer of EMCON Technologies (formerly ArvinMeritor Exhaust).
