Nelson Global Celebrates 10 Years of Operations in Poland

This month, Nelson Global proudly celebrated 10 years of operations at its Zimna Wódka facility in Poland. Originally opened in 2015 as a Tru-Flex plant producing bellows and other exhaust products, the facility became a key part of Nelson Global’s network following the acquisition of Tru-Flex in 2021. Today, the plant supports a diverse range of customers worldwide with integrated NVH solutions.
The anniversary celebration last week brought together employees, their families, and local leaders for a day of recognition and reflection. Several team members who joined the plant in its first year were honored for their 10 years of service. Special guests included Hubert Ibrom, Mayor of Ujazd, and representatives from the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
“This milestone is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and spirit of our Poland team,” said Paul Knappen, Managing Director of Nelson Global Europe. “Over the past 10 years, our employees have helped the plant grow from a local operation into a vital part of our global network, delivering innovative solutions and supporting our customers around the world.”
The celebration also included activities for employees’ families, making the day a meaningful occasion for the entire community and reflecting the collaborative culture that has defined the plant’s success over the past decade.
